Fitness for the Mind, Will and Feelings
Join us for on-going, weekly, one-hour classes that address such issues as peace, justice, joy, forgiveness, healing and more.
Develop spiritual health and fitness action plans that are realistic and measurable. The instructional conversations and exercises will result in an increased sense of safety, nurturing and empowerment; they also build spiritual strength, endurance and flexibility.
Anyone interested in spiritual health and fitness should attend. No religious background is necessary, and any religious background is welcome.

Classes are led by Jane Lee Wolfe. She is director of Bog Chapel, Inc., a spiritual health and fitness not-for-profit. She is the President of World Day of Prayer USA Committee and a member of the World YWCA Peace and Justice Task Force.
